"Link to My Way" Terms and Conditions
By downloading the authorized banners, badges or buttons set forth below (collectively the "Logos"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms:
You are granted permission to display the Logos only on your web site. You must use the Logos exactly as provided below and you may not modify or alter any element or aspect of the Logos or otherwise change their size or appearance in any way. The Logos must always link directly to the URL http://www.myway.com/
The Logos must appear by themselves, with reasonable spacing between the Logos and any other graphic or textual elements on your web page, provided that such spacing shall be not less than 20 pixels between each side of the Logos and such other elements.
You may not display the Logos in any manner that implies any relationship with or endorsement by My Way, or in any manner which might suggest that any editorial content has been created by My Way. The Logos may not appear larger or more prominently than your own company name, page title, service name, product name or your other logos or trademarks.
You may not combine the Logos with any other graphic, including, but not limited to, other logos, words, icons, graphics, photos, slogans, numbers or other design elements.
You are granted permission to use the Logos only and are not permitted to use or display any other content or to frame or repackage any My Way page on your website. These Terms do not grant a license or any other right in My Way's Logos, trademarks or other property.
You may not display the Logos in a manner that is deceptive, defamatory, infringing, libelous, disparaging, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable to My Way, or in a manner that violates any state, federal or international law rule or regulation, all as determined by My Way in its sole discretion.
By using any Logo, you acknowledge that My Way has exclusive rights to the Logo and that all good will generated through your use of the Logo will inure to the benefit of My Way and its successors.
My Way reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate or modify your permission to display the Logos or alter these terms, for any or no reason at all, with or without notice. My Way reserves the right to take action against any use that does not conform to these terms, infringes any My Way intellectual property or other right, or violates any applicable law.
MY WAY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW REGARDING THE LOGO, INCLUDING WARRANTIES AGAINST INFRINGEMENT. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL MY WAY BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF ANY LOGO.
